This does not apply in the following situations: hardware failure internally or externally; general internet congestion beyond our control.

24-7 Webs Inc. will refund the customer 200% of the value of the time of service interruption (up to 100% of your monthly fee) for server or network downtime which exceeds 00.1% in any given 30 day period. Network downtime is measured from the time the network is 100% unreachable, until service is once again restored. In order to request a performance credit, you must email within 5 days of service interruption. Applications will be reviewed by our personnel Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Refunds are non-cumulative and payable only to account holders whose account is in good standing. Refunds under $5.00 will not be issued.

Exclusions: The following are excluded from the monthly calculation of Service Availability:

Scheduled downtime
Problems outside of the NOC networks (upstream providers, or customer’s inbound connection)
Interruptions or failure of service caused by customer, their employees, client’s customers, etc. to their service. These include inaccurate configuration, 3rd party software, client abuse or over utilization of resources, hacks, attacks, or exploits.
Clients use of IP's to connect to the internet which may be blocked by our firewalls or causing an IP to be blocked by a firewall
Server or NOC network hardware failures which are beyond our control and fixed quickly.
